These terms apply to every order placed on this site and are accepted by the buyer when ordering.
1. Subject
Sale of a license to use a browser extension ("the extension") restoring receipt printing affected by browser security restrictions. The license key is delivered after payment; the extension itself installs free of charge from the browsers' official catalogues.
2. Price and payment
Prices are shown inclusive of tax. Secure online payment. One-time licence purchase, with no subscription and no renewal, valid for one point of sale (up to 3 checkout stations).
3. Delivery
License key sent by email immediately after payment confirmation, together with activation instructions.
4. Result guarantee and refund
The free trial lets you verify that printing is restored before any payment. If, after purchase, the extension stopped restoring printing and email support could not resolve it, the buyer is refunded in full upon simple request.
5. Limits and liability
The extension alters neither the POS software, nor sales data, nor the buyer's tax obligations. It is provided to work around a browser restriction beyond our control; the seller cannot be held liable for future changes to browsers, POS software or operating systems, nor for failures unrelated to the extension's purpose. Independent service, not affiliated with any POS software vendor.
6. Technical requirements
An up-to-date Chrome, Edge, Brave or Opera browser. A working printing utility provided by the POS vendor and a printer installed on the station.
7. Customers and right of withdrawal
The extension and its licenses are intended for professional use (retailers and point-of-sale operators). Where the buyer acts for professional purposes, the right of withdrawal granted to consumers does not apply.
Where the buyer is a consumer, the license key is digital content supplied immediately after payment: by requesting immediate delivery, the buyer consents to immediate performance of the contract and waives the 14-day right of withdrawal. The refund guarantee set out in article 4 applies in all cases.
8. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Belgian law. In the event of a dispute that cannot be settled amicably, the courts of the judicial district of Brussels (Belgium) shall have sole jurisdiction.
